Bright future ahead for Concentrio AG after presenting Concentrio Tool Suite at SAE’s OBD Symposium-Europe

Concentrio AG concluded last Thursday, March 16th its presence at On-Board Diagnostics Symposium-Europe, in Prague (Czech Republic) on a positive note. Almost 200 representatives from governments, OEM’s, service providers and automotive companies attended this forum organized by SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) and all of them spent some time at the company’s booth, where they could get first-hand information about Concentrio Tool Suite. We were happy to introduce to the general public a video on the benefits the sector can get from working with our software.

Concentrio was able to share thoughts with some of the industry’s keyholders and establish our brand as a well-known expert in On-Board Diagnostics. This reputation rests, in part, on our participation in SAE’s Health-Ready Components and Systems signal flow analysis working group, of which our CTO, Matthias Hampel, is the Secretary. The goal of this consortium is to discuss the development and implementation of related technologies to derive best practices and recommendations for operators, OEMs and suppliers. Concentrio has brought to the table issues as defining an exchange format for signal flow analysis and hopes to be a boosting force for the group.

Talk about CARB and SAE’s HRCS working group

Matthias Hampel was precisely one of the panelists at Prague’s Symposium. He delivered, on Wednesday, 15th, a talk about the CARB-mandated OBD Compliance Reporting Update, which expands requirements to certify vehicles. The HRCS Consortium works in a program to address and meet these new requirements.

Stephan Mauk, CEO of Concentrio AG, made a positive assessment of the experience in the Czech Republic: “We are delighted to make our contribution to the development of OBD in the company of the most important companies in the sector. Concentrio will be by their side to help them manage the growing complexity of the software”, Mauk stated.
