Concentrio is looking for a PROJECT LEAD in Madrid, Valencia or Munich. In this role, your responsibilities include leading cutting-edge projects in the automotive sector, where you will be using our revolutionary solutions to generate results for our customers. Furthermore, in this role you will play an active role on shaping and improving our products.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Define project objectives, project scope, and assign roles & responsibilities to the project team members.
• Manage the relationship and communication with the customer and all stakeholders, ensure that the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
• Create project estimates and track the costs to deliver the project in budget.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan to keep track of project milestones, work streams & activities.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan, while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Track and report the project status to customers, stakeholders and the project team.
• Validate the results created by our tool suite and compare them with the available documentation.
• Evaluate all deliverables and ensure the quality of the results.
• Work closely with the development teams and support us defining the requirements for our product suite.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES 

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or similar.
• At least 3 years professional working experience.
• Automotive specific knowledge that is required:
  • Automotive Diagnostics & OBD.
  • AUTOSAR application development.
  • Understanding of automotive embedded SW architecture.
  • Understanding of the Automotive EE architecture.
• Experience leading projects as well as excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of and expertise in applying agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, lean development).
• Additional “nice to have” skills:
  • Statistical validation.
  • Data interpretation.
  • Handling big data sets.
• Excellent English and German, both written and spoken is a must.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Self-managed and motivated.
• Commitment, team work, flexibility and customer orientation are some of the fundamental soft skills.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Advanced excel skills (functions, macros programming, etc.).
