Concentrio is looking for a PRODUCT OWNER for one of our agile product development teams in our offices in Madrid, or Munich. Your main responsibility as product owner will be the exchange with key stakeholders both internally and externally, to create and maintain a prioritized backlog for one of our agile teams. You are able to translate the requests of your stakeholders into epics and user stories and thereby drive the development of your product topic.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Create and maintain a prioritized backlog 
• Translate stakeholder requirements to epics and user stories 
• Break down epics into user stories with the help of the agile team 
• Align customer requirements with technical feasibility 

• Represent the customers perspective in planning meetings 
• Collect customer feedback 
• Create and maintain a vision for your agile team 
• Approve completed user stories and epics thereby ensuring high quality 
• Support with customer requests and align customer expectations with technical feasibility 

• Track and report progress 
• Contribute your expertise and ideas to shape our Concentrio Tool Suite 
• Support with the introduction of processes (e.g., software release process)
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES 

• A degree in Computer Science or similar from a recognised university is essential 
• At least 3 years of work experience as product owner 
• Strong experience in the automotive domain, about product development, and software development 
• Excellent knowledge of JIRA and confluence 
• Sound working knowledge with some, or all of the following technics: 

OOP, C / C++, AUTOSAR, embedded software architecture, static code analysis or compiler construction 

• Strong desire to develop innovative and high quality solutions 
• Very good communication, presentation skills, customer orientation, creativity, an agile mind-set and conflict resolving capabilities are some of the fundamental soft skills 
• Fluency in English, both written and oral is a prerequisite  
• German language skills are advantageous
